Winston
Winston is one of three handsome young dogs who were born in a field where their mother had dug a den for a litter of seven. As they began exploring their surroundings, they were sighted by one of our volunteers who began feeding them and befriending them. The mother, too wild to approach, eventually left them in the care of their surrogate parent.
The three remaining are sweet, very much receptive to love and affection. Winston has been in foster care. He is much more secure in new surroundings than his two brothers. Bandit and Big Boy have lived at the shelter since November 2002 and have missed out in experiencing the world. They hang back while they appraise a new situation. Winston is a lovable guy looking for a home of his own.
Winston is 3 years old, neutered, and up to date on shots.
